About time the weather allowed us to cross the bars so we could get to a few diving spots! The ocean was so blue and wild and we got to play in a washing machine of hungry fish feeding at the surface and hungry turtles feeding from the rocks. We pretty much played all morning getting sucked in and out of a couple of channels 😂 I swear it was fun! Loved shooting for the first time with my @nikonaustralia Z8 and the @ikelite UW housing! My fav photo of the day is the golden eel! 😍 She was little, shy, and loved swimming around from rock to rock, hiding and chilling. Spent sometime with her there too! I can’t remember when did I start sharing more videos than photos but besides being in the ocean and music, photography is a huge passion of mine. I love, love, love starring at photos for hours and wonder how it all aligned to get that moment frozen in time. I used to look forward to buying monthly @natgeo mags and dream about going to remote locations, spend time with animals and learn about their behaviour to hopefully connect with them… somehow, I did end up in the land of down under 18 years ago and I’m blessed to be able to spend a lot of time in the water with wildlife that I’ve adored and respected since I was a little girl wanting to save all animals. Like the ocean… I’m forever moving, always giving the best of me wherever I am present and always ready for the next life trip. This year I’m really looking forward to exciting opportunities to change perspectives and somehow, in someway contribute to the health of the ocean. I'm finding it often amazing to use black and white on moody rainy days, as we drove to stokknes, we witnessed some horses bullying each other, as they can be quite cheeky, once they stopped, a curious one walked away from the herd.
