We didn’t plan it this way, but we’re being flexible to accommodate the timeframes of our collaborative Atlanta builder and Ellijay general contractor. Our contemporary kitchen in a new-construction Decatur home (first image) is nearly complete. Another full day on site and we’ll finish this one up! Our transitional Ellijay kitchen is a renovation in the Creekside community (second image), and installation begins tomorrow with the unpacking and setting up of the cabinets, and a detailed walk-through with the general contractor. I discovered a new view on the weekend! Sitting on the rear deck looking into the house — through the kitchen and living room and out the front window — offers a better view of the mountains than when sitting on the front porch. Donna created the custom-designed "Soirée" Étagère for Charleston Forge's Prism Collection as part of the Ethos Design Collective's luxury designer initiative. Ten designers premiered their products at Las Vegas Market this week. New Mood Design's "Soirée" Étagère features a steel frame that's powder coated in a "Lilac Glitter" finish.
