A look at the rest of the yard- it’s definitely not as glamorous as the raised bed garden this time of year but still worth documenting. It’s definitely still a work in progress. The majority of this garden was planted in spring 2021. And when they say perennial gardens are playing the long game, they aren’t joking. I’ve definitely found a few plants that love where they are and are thriving. Hoping to plant more of the same to fill in bare spots this month before the heats sets in. The lawn is, well, a struggling lawn. We are in the process of slowing moving over to Zoysia, but with dogs, we can’t do the whole yard at once.
