Happy Self-Care Sunday, Hero! If you’re feeling - stuck - at the whim of the world - like your questioning your own magic and power I’ve got so much to offer you for your self-care practice! I spent a lot of my life chasing. Chasing feeling passionate, powerful, joy, fulfillment, love, and abundance, those things that empowered me (i.e. my magic). I thought I had to find all this goodness outside of myself. I felt stuck so often because I was constantly unsure of exactly how to find and sustain this beautiful part of me. I felt so afraid and scared that I couldn’t access it whenever I chose, only when the stars aligned outside of me. Life coaching helped me realize that I am the hero of my fairy tale. I have the ability to decide when to feel and use my magic because I can choose what thoughts to focus on and all of my emotions come from my thoughts. I’m no longer stuck searching and wondering. I now know that my magic is abundant because it comes from within me. Something I've neglected to do for some time is make Moon Water 🌕🌕🌕 Because ya know, life. But I'll be prepping a big ol' mason jar tonight to put under the full moon - I typically fill it up, light some incense, focus on no specific thought but rather positive, uplifting, manifestation-strong energy, drop in my quartz crystal to amplify that vibration, cap it, and put it outside somewhere where it can soak up all that that big full moon has to offer ✨🌕🙌🏼 A lot of folks talk about gathering your moon water before the sun comes up and whereas I can totally understand that sentiment, the sun is coming out around 6am here and I'm typically *just* rolling out of bed at that point. So I usually save myself the panic and cortisol spike, and just bring it inside as soon as I remember 🙃 I use my moon water in all sorts of ways: to brew my coffee, just to drink with some lemon, as mop water to cleanse my home, in spellwork, the options are endless my friends.
