Hello everyone, I wanted to reintroduce myself and welcome my new followers. I am Gillian - you probably already knew that. I am a mum to 2 very active kids - they keep me on my toes! I run a clinic in South Manchester and I work online. I qualified a few years ago but did not start up my clinic until last year. The past year my clinic has been busy and I am very blessed. My personalised nutrition and lifestyle packages have resulted in some huge changes to the mums and kids that I work with. I like to say that I educate and give suggestions but it is you who puts all the focus in. These changes can take time and sometimes I work with you over a long period of time and sometimes we can see huge gains early on. So far I have worked with sluggish bowels, itchy skin, neurodiversity and people who are run down and have illnesses back to back. I have a huge interest in working with mums who, for no fault of their own, have found themselves in last place. This can lead to poor health from not prioritising their own needs. I also love working with unpaid carers - I can zoom out now of my personal experience and this has enabled me to create plans for people who have lost the way when it comes to looking after themselves due to being that rock for someone else - even small steps can lead to big shifts! SAVAIS TU QUE ➡️ Tant de raison pour prendre soin de sois ! En même temps ça semble évident vous trouvez pas ? Je le vois rien que ce mois ci après une semaine de travail en présentiel la journée, le travail digital le soir plus s’occuper des enfants et de la maison Piouuf cela a chamboulé mon corps pendant cette période là j’ai mal mangé le midi pas du tout mangé le soir combiné à la fatigue et le stress de faire garder mon bébé ça m’a valu une grosse chute de cheveux et pourtant j’en prend bien soin ! Suite à ça reprise du sport la semaine prochaine, couché 23h au PLUS TARD fini de bosser jusqu’à 1h , minimum deux repas par jours ( et pas juste des pâtes alphabet ou des tomates lol) et je continue ma bonne routine capillaire. Here your list of mental limits : 1. This is not for me: the first mental limit is feeling that something you are doing is for everyone except yourself. This is a mental limit truly frequent because our brain is on protection mood, so it’s giving to your body the sign to stop, and reserve energies. 2. I never this before so I cannot make it: it’s something that happens all the time with new things and skills, there is better way to improve that react and act, so if you have never done something before and you have the action in front of you, just do it. 3. I want achieve a goal but i don’t know how : this is one of the worst limit ever of your brain. Want to reach something but don’t even know how and how long does it take or you cannot see the steps to achieve it. My best way that found to take a decision and go is to take a piece of paper and write down the steps to go to point A TO B, C, D etc. Then visualise into my mind and then finding myself already involve into the process, this is not easy to understand, is more based on the strength and confidence than to single action. . . . .
