S H R E K J R. 💚 WOW! Scarlett as Donkey blew us away. Given the response from the audience and her peers, she blew them away too. We are so proud of every single thing this child does and enjoyed her performance immensely. Her stage presence, voice, charisma—were all spectacular. Such a great job in her last performance at SMCS. Can’t wait to see what she does in Europe! 💛 BUT, we also are so very proud of Lana as ensemble in this year’s play! This is the first time EVER that the 5th graders have been given so much responsibility, and rightfully so. They all did so well with multiple scenes, costume and makeup changes, and dance numbers. Lana never broke character and is very easy way to watch. She’s certainly following in her sister’s footsteps but making her mark just a loud and proud as she can.
