Well here you go enjoy😆 Take a spiritual bath 🛀🏾 Grab a big bowl,add appropriate herbs depending on what the bath is for, add water, then pray for favorite psalms Bible verse over it. Grab a clean white lit candle and place it in the middle of the bowl. Sit the bowl infront of your altar and allow your ancestors to charge it for you. Then you have two options: (1)you can either run yourself a warm bath & pour spiritual bath inside. Or (2)you can take your normal bath and when you’re done pour your spiritual bath over your body. I personally prefer option 2 for myself. Clean & cleanse your home 🧹 Toss out old things that no longer serves you. Start from the back end in the front when Cleaning up. mop your floors, open your windows or doors & light some sage, remove all the negative energy out. Follow up by lighting some palo Santo and invite in positive energy. Meditate 🧘🏾♀️ Go to a quiet room, play soothing meditation music and allow your mind to relax. Connect with your spirits 🕯️ Grab a clear glass of water and a lit white candle. Find a good comfy spot on the floor and have a seat. Then place the glass water and lit candle behind you but not too close where you will not knock it over. Then close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and relax, quiet your mind! You should begin to hear chatter and or seeing visions. Refresh your altar 💧 Wipe down your altar, refresh their libations, put out fresh flowers, maybe even a cigarette if your ancestors smoked. You can even play some music for them. Charge your crystals using the moon light 🌚 Gather all your crystal babies and lay them out under the moon light to charge. Make moon water 💧 Grab you some water it can be bottled if you like. speak your intentions over it, then sit it under momma moon & allow her to do her thang & enjoy. Do a write & burn 🔥 Grab some paper along with black or blue ink pin. Take your time and write out everything you want to let go of. Once you’re done burn it, release and let go. Rest & relax 🍷 Sit back relax, put your feet up. Grab a glass of wine and just chill Have fun🧚🏾♀️✨
