My friend, Melony @well_worn, was selling the itty bitty French pickle jar in a live sale and couldn’t be happier that I was able to get one. I filled it with my collection of English ink bottles, that of which reminds me of blue water. The Captain sign is a treasure found at Magpie Antiques @magpieantiques140 in my friend Marcia’s @laurabellandcompany space. So the hubby went to the storage room to look and unearthed these garden chairs and that lovely little bistro table from Besançon. Cute how the name of this wonderful town was engraved in the base. Long to go there again... And he also brought this glass dome. Love to put a lot of different things under glass. Funny what a dome of glass can do to them, creating it's own little world. And preventing treasures from dust or also from curious cats 😆. Last but not least the hubby made his weekly trip to the flower market and bought some Verveine, makes a lovely tea. Needless to say that he has bought more. But for the home terrace. All this said we both long to go on a buying trip and will do so of course but a bit of patience is still required.
