My favorite kind of morning—when I’m not rushing around and I can take a few minutes to sit on the front porch with a glass of iced tea and a snack. These cookies are amazing! I discovered them at Publix when I was in Birmingham with Daddy. I guess everyone else loves them too, because they’re hard to find. How I went from burnout stage to freaken crushing my morning routine!! 5 am workouts I would have looked in your face and laughed!!! Now I laugh because I go to bed and look forward for my alarm to go off and getting ready to start my morning off right! Because i learned and felt what it has done for my not only my physical health by my mental health! Yes somedays it’s hard to get moving but I know I will pay for it if I don’t!!! I get up and my feet hit the floor and I check in a s see all my ladies showing up with me! Yes we are a team and we a team we grow together to help make life changing habits for our lives! Here are some words of advice never stop trying to build your routine! The more you keep working towards it the easier it gets! “The moment you have the instinct to act on a goal. You must 5-4-3-2-1 and physically move before your brain stops you! Then grab your mommy juice and hit play!! I went from no more pressing snooze, to no more excuses, I have shown up through all seasons of life, to falling in love with my morning routine!! And I know you can to! October starts tomorrow and it’s my BIRTHDAY MONTH 🎉 and I’m ready to help 20 woman build a huge impact in their life and start a morning routine! Who is ready? It’s been a year 😳 I have not been in a classroom for a YEAR! It is still so crazy to me that I have not taught in a “real” classroom in that long.
