Hi everyone, I would like to take a minute to talk about the extra support given at my academy.๐ โฎ๏ธ I have trained a diverse group of students, and supported students facing challenges with their mental health to learn. To allow my students to learn at their own pace l keep my classes very small - no more than 3 students at any one time. I am patient, kind and knowledgeable and delivering a high standard of training to every student that does one of my courses is my passion. People often say they've wanted to do a course for a long time but are not sure whether to take the plunge or not - I say just do it! MY OWN JOURNEY Itโs safe to say I havenโt always been in decent shape, and although these are just two different photos, it doesnโt really show the work put in behind the scenes, most if not all journeys have a lot of ups and downs which really test the motivation and resilience. I have been all the way down at 63kg which was around the weight I was my whole life, later then starting university and bulking to 88kg (learned from my mistakes) and cut back down recently to 80kg where I sit at the moment. However this is more about that the proof is in the pudding, if I can achieve it than so can you, itโs easy to start once you have the vision but you also need the blueprints to achieve the right results. Well, itโs simple really, mixing my passion with fitness training and making a positive change in the world, I want to prove to people that having a healthy lifestyle is more than achievable with a busy schedule. Being a university student myself my diet, recovery and training hasnโt all been on point, but who is perfect these days, however always taking an interest to sports and fitness, a year ago today I first picked up a weight and felt an indescribable joy which canโt be matched, and I want other people to have that same feeling. My training philosophy is that as long as you put in the work and intensity in the time that you are in the gym, short or long, you will see results either way, however this can be boosted through other factors.
