Happy 67 to Disneyland, a place I primarily go to now to drink blue milk and eat ronto wraps at.
So some may know that I've been renting a room from the folks at #bubowambafamilyfarms who run the milk stand in #blackspireoutpost . However, I've been needing a place a little larger and a bit more centrally located, so I've now gotten an apartment in the main marketplace closer to the old outpost. With everything going on at the old outpost nowadays, it's nice to have a place to go back to that's not on the other side of town. I like being able to stand on my balcony and watch the carver at work down below. The family of Wookiees who live across the way can be loud sometimes. Maybe if I learn their language, I can understand what they're talking about, but that might not be a good thing either. I've got a good view of the #dianoga who lives across the way. Still trying to figure out if there's a way for me to communicate with it. The nice thing is that the Wamba family says I can always duck into their place if I happen to find myself on that side of town and needing somewhere to rest or disappear... #batuu #galaxysedge #starwarsgalaxysedge #disneyland #magicisback #magicishere

Galaxy’s Edge Blue Milk is plant-based dairy — essentially rice milk — so if you’re lactose intolerant then hop on board the milk train! And it’s soft-frozen, like a milkshake/smoothie. Blue milk has been sweetened and infused with berry/melon flavors. I find it to be reminiscent of a skittle or starburst in smoothie form. I wasn’t crazy about it but I also couldn’t stop drinking it! I’d say if you’re in the Galaxy’s Edge neighborhood and have $8 to throw away I’d say give it a try, but it’s not gonna be for everyone.

With the final trailer dropping a few hours ago for the new Star Wars movie ‘the rise of skywalker’ I thought I would share with you some of our photos from GALAXYS EDGE OPENING DAY 29/08/2019 We were so lucky to get a reservation and managed to ride smugglers run, try Blue and Green milk and have drinks at ogas cantina! We built a droid, drank coke out of detonators, saw the full size millennium falcon, bought a bubo Wamba milk jug from the milk stand in Batuu, drank lip numbing and exploding cocktails and managed to fit a rancor tooth beer flight in our case to bring home! Hubby and I were finally able to visit #galaxysedge! First things first: blue and green milk! We got the blue milk in the #bubowamba souvenir jug. The green one smelled like car freshener, but tasted citrusy and floral. The blue one didnt smell as strong as the green one, but tasted like blue slurpee with cream. The texture is thick and creamy when frozen, but super liquidy when melted, as if the creaminess disappeared. Does that make sense?? Haha. Oh well. We liked it so much, we walked back to get another one before we left the park.
