He had the most mischievous look. When he would smile at you, you had to wonder what he gotten into or what he was going to get in to. He gave the best hugs and always wanted to be in the middle of whatever was going on. He loved to give and get tickles. His sweet smile made everyone’s world light up. - MV Progress Obituary 1/4/23, Gavin was the youngest out of the 5 children. Unfortunately, all of their lives were taken by their own father, Michael. He shot and killed Macie 17 years old, Briley 12 years old, Ammon 7 years old, Sienna 7 years old, and Sweet Gavin. Michael also shot and killed his wife and her mother (GMa) & then turned the gun on himself. If that is not devastating enough, Utah Division of Child & Family Services had over 50 pages of abuse allegations and investigations. Macie, Gavin’s oldest sister told authorities that their father became abusive in 2017. The documented abuse allegations began in 2020, when Macie was choked by her own father and she told authorities that she was in fear for her life. Utah DCFS & Enoch Police investigated those claims, but did nothing. Reports of abuse continued to be made, until December 19, 2022, DCFS investigated abuse allegations, this time Ammon was grabbed by his father and thrown to the ground. Everyone was interviewed, except the father. And a few weeks later tragedy struck. 5 children lost their lives & 2 adults. There is documentation of Macie, Briley, Ammon and their mother speaking out about the abuse. That’s what has been released. Unfortunately that's the last of the ranunculus gone now until next year..... I've ordered over 250 corms for next year in colours marshmallow, pinks, creams, champagne, salmon and orange ( wish I had a photo to show you all what to look forward to). Next year's bunches will have more filler (greenery) than this year ....timing just got away from me this........ for those of you that don't know me I fell before Christmas and broke my leg in 3 places, while 30 weeks pregnant..wee woman is all good thank god! The doctors waited until after she was born in February to operate to insert a pin. So between leg recovery and a new born baby and 4 hospital stays over the last few months things have been slow at getting started.....hopefully by the start of July I'll start having some bunches ready....fingers crossed if we get the weather now as I don't have large polytunnels most of my flowers are grown outside or in low tunnels. 😀 #freashflowers #flowerfarm #seasonalflowers #grownnotflown #localflowers #nodig #nochemicals #butterflybearsflowerfarm #angelsinheaven

🪽PRACTICING🪽 My grief and Angel project. My husband has been a God send to me today! He has helped me to turn my original art pieces into greetings cards with a logo and writing on the back of the cards. I have included a video in this post so you can see a closeup of the angel, logo, and writing. Sadly, the gold and bronze paint I used on the original paintings don't show up in these images, but all is a learning curve, and I am so excited to be on this creative journey! Hopefully, with these angel pieces I can give others comfort in knowing that they are not alone with their grief. At some point in our lives we all go through it.
