Dentist topic 🦷 I was terribly affraid of the dentist when I was child. There was very bad quality in my town and I had bad experiences. Therefore, I avoided dentistry for a long time, even if it was necessary. 😔 Meanwhile, I moved to Budapest..and it was important to get to a doctor..I searched, but I didn’t want to go to a random place...so it wasn’t easy. ..when I had already lost hope, my boss recommended a safe place with a specific doctor and I went to her. It was 3 years ago. It was the best decision! They’re very friendly and professional. I love this place and the people whose work here. 🤍 There was a lot to fix, but we’re over the difficulty! 💪🏻 Today, we continued the implantation, so the screws are inside. Bang, bang voor wat er komen gaat! Ik zit nu al 1,5 aan een hoge dosering noodmedicatie en waar het soms een dag werkt , werken de andere dagen niet, bang voor het vooruitzicht dat het de komende 1,5 week ook bijna niks gaat doen en tja dan zijn de opties op. Dan is er alles geprobeerd. Ik zou willen dat de medicatie elke dag zou werken en ik even anderhalve week rust zou hebben maar helaas dat gaat er waarschijnlijk niet in zitten. Ik probeer echt rust te nemen maar rust in je lijf betekend nog niet altijd rust in je hoofd helaas. Ik hoop dat als de medicatie stopt over 1,5 week ik kan zeggen dat ik er weer bovenop ben. Dat gun ik mezelf maar ook andere want voor hun is het ook niet altijd even makkelijk. Bang voor al die nare gedachtes dat maakt mij bang maar ook andere maar ik zal vechten tot ik er bij neer val. I can do this, even trough it’s hard💪 Wat is een depressie toch een nare ziekte 😞. Ik snap dat het voor sommige die hier niks van snappen of mee te maken hebben dit misschien lastig is om te lezen. Maar ik wil geen taboe over hoe je jezelf voelt, iedereen moet kunnen praten over zijn gevoelens en mij helpt het heel erg om die gevoelens te kunnen delen. En zo weten andere ook dat ze zeker niet de enige zijn die dit soort dingen meemaken en voelen. Praat erover en maak er geen taboe van! Szira dziś zdecydowanie szuka i potrzebuje towarzystwa Istot Dwunożnych, tych z jej stada. Na szczęście ma nasze pełne wsparcie. I dodatkowo od @greenpaw.pl Muszę przyznać że relaksacyjny olejek Couch Potato w jej przypadku cudownie się sprawdza i widać, że daje jej ukojenie i wycisza. Choć apogeum jeszcze przed nami, to na ten moment świetnie sobie radzi. W domu jest w miarę luz (choć widać momentami niepokój i dezorientację). Na ostatnim spacerze ok. godz. 20:30 już po minucie jasno pokazała swoim zachowaniem, że nie czuje się dobrze i chce jak najszybciej wrócić do domu. Pierwszy raz i ja w inny sposób odbieram tyle docierających bodźców.
