Obverse Explained: "EN TUTO NIKA". Constans the Second standing facing, wearing crown and chlamys, holding long cross and globus cruciger.
Reverse Explained: Large "m", "ANA" to left, "NEOG" to right, "K" above, Regnal year followed by Officina numeral in exergue. "m" is Greek for 40. There are 40 Nummi in a Follis, so this is a Follis or 40 Nummi.
