1lb down this week which I am happy with! I wasn’t strict over the bank holiday with my fasting and have been a little bit slack on the evenings. Not being able to go to the gym is also a bit of a killer but as long as the weight is chipping away, I’m happy!!
I’ve noticed my restriction is higher and my cravings for sweet things are a lot lower than before.
I’m hoping the sunshine is here to stay as I focus on fluids more and I find I always feel fuller quicker!! Does anyone else find this?
