Yep, I vacuum sealed the eggbites b4 cooking in the #instantpot. Pretty much dialed in my eggbite recipe so no need to post about them anymore because I'll probably be making them like this for a while because they are amazing...to me... and let's be honest, that's the important part. Lol Scroll to see nutritional information. 12oz Cottage cheese 6 eggs 3oz smoked gruyere 3oz Monterey jack 2 teaspoons hot sauce 2 tablespoons melted butter Blended. It'll be almost custard thickness 2 of those silicone containers that fit in the instant pot makes 14 bites. Spray with canola spray and put a 1/2 piece of bacon in each. Pour mixture in. Put lids on and vacuum seal until it starts to suck out the liquid then hit the seal button. 13 min manual, high pressure, once its done let it sit in the instant pot for 12-15 min natural release. Then take out and sit for 20-30 min to cool. Getting closer to my ultimate starkbuck copy home made egg bites. Having the ingredients lustvon the Starbucks egg bites from Costco helps. Cottage cheese is the number one ingredient...always thought it would be eggs... This made 14 as each silicone thing made 7. 6 eggs, 12oz Cottage cheese, 3oz Monterey jack, 3oz gruyere, 7 pieces of bacon, 1 tbls melted butter and teaspoon of hot sauce and a touch of salt. Canola oil spray on the silicone things. Chest and tries on Monday, elliptical for 30 min and then abs and stretching this morning. . When I first changed jobs, a few months before covid, it turned my routine up side down. For years I would leave the house and go to the gym and work out, then goto work, then drive home. 5 workouts a week built into my daily routine. Then I started working from home. I'd wake at 4am and start working. Wake at 3am, start working, etc. No routine. The only routine was that I worked and wasn't going to the gym...then covid didn't help. Now that I've had the vsg to RNY conversion I decided that I needed to get back to a routine. I'm happy that so far it's working!! I get up and go to the gym, shower and get ready for work, and drive to "thecoffice"(back home to my home office) where I work for the day.
