6 eggs,
12oz Cottage cheese,
3oz Monterey jack,
3oz gruyere,
7 pieces of bacon,
1 tbls melted butter and
teaspoon of hot sauce and a touch of salt.
Canola oil spray on the silicone things.
Yes I tried vacuum sealing..it worked lol.
13 min high pressure with 13 min natural release in the instant pot, take out and let cool about 20-30 min then remove from the silicone thing.
