The most recent days were filled with pure joy and will remain one of the most exciting time of my life.🙏🏼 I just got back from The London Coffee Festival, and I have so many things to share with you in the next few days. However, I can't help but dedicate this post to Stanislav Kaiholomālie Vadrna (@ferasaman ) , who honored us with his presence in Greece at Teddy's Speakeasy recently. Stanislav is a bit of an idol for me! Since Lubos Racz introduced me and my classmates to Stan in 2015, I was manifesting to get to share a bar one day with him. Stan is a one-of-a-kind human being who constantly gives. I always wanted to meet with him to be introduced into his world of unconditional love for hospitality and his guests. I would never thought I could be with him three days in a row while in my new homeland, Greece. I invited him on behalf of @teddysspeakeasy to hold an unconventional guest shift at TS for just eight guests and a workshop for our team on the ICHI GO-ICHI E which translates as "for this time only," and the MUHINSU philosophy, which means NO GUEST, NO HOST. It was magical to be with Stan behind the bar and see him effortlessly dancing while preparing the cocktails and serving them to our guests with the most sincere smile, interest and attention towards them. Our coexistence during these days and hours made me feel emotional, along with the knowledge I gained next to my idol. The magnitude of the impact you caused within our team will resonate for the rest of our days. I will keep following everything you taught us while building my journey in what I love most. It has been three months since we moved from London to Athens. Having the ability to watch and guide colleagues is a great privilege that underlines what I understood a while back. If you like to get, you need to give. Just like with tips and compliments. 😊 Colleagues of mine in the previous venues took me under their guidance, reassuring me I was following a path that would influence my career and its progress. London will have a very special place in my heart, and I will not forget the priceless lessons it taught me. At the Whisky Live Athens, under the supervision of my colleagues, we delivered cocktails that were not only based on coffee. Negroni Arabica and Kentucky Coffee will remain our signature cocktails for days to come. These cocktails will likely follow us everywhere we go. PS 1: Hosting the visitors of Whisky Live and listening to your excited comments made the experience very humbling and honest. PS 2: As the tanned forehead suggests, a new cocktail creation is loaded. The half-tanned face is a little souvenir from Cuba from sitting in the classic American car without the roof.
