heartsease 💜 an antidote for afflictions of the heart during an early spring i discovered the magick of heartsease, a delicate little fairy flower to which ive always felt connected. also known as viola or pansy, or by her binomial viola tricolor, but heartsease seems the more appropriate term. she has a way of, ya, just easing the heart :) during this season i added 1 to my morning drink every day, & sometimes i'd toss some extras in my salads. they're abundant little plants. like flowers tend to, the more you pluck the more they blossom. well, it was strange i began to wake up in a blissful feeling, glowing from my dreams that for whatever reason felt so... tender. thats the word i always come up with. maybe hearteased is another good description. my dream awareness is sorta strong so it was meaningful to me to have this distinct feeling that felt different than usual. upon contemplating why, i didn't really have to think, i just felt strongly that it's the violas. later i confirmed this pleasant aspect while researching viola & her sister wild violet (viola odorata). her ways may also be apparent in her dreamy purple hues & mild, pleasant (wintergreen) flavor. so how might we work with heartsease? well one obvious time might be in the presence of grief & fear, during which her tender energy eases the heaviness. another more specific application is in the case of nightmares, night terrors, & sleep paralysis. in these instances she seems to provide a protective boundary layer around the psyche so as to prevent disturbances. in my imagination i see a gentle mother, rocking away the fears, reminding us it's ok. for a less tormented state, as i was in when i was first getting to know this plant, she can have that dream-sweetening effect. maybe you love dream travel, or want to deepen you dream exploration, or maybe you just want to shift your dreams from mildly weird to warm n soft. then try heartsease :) available in my apothecary. #natural #folk #home #herbal #soveriegn #radical #holistic #remedies #wellness #nightmare #sleepparalysis #sleeptrouble #sleep #organic #tinctures #apothecary #herbalextract #sale #dreams #dreamtravel #dreamherbs

Before finding chiropractic care, these cutie twin boys experienced recurring ear infections since they were six months old. 👂🏼 Born 2 months early, mom just attributed the infections to their premature birth. Despite receiving antibiotics 💊 and tubes for drainage, the boys continued to suffer from infections, fevers, and ruptured eardrums which affected their sleep, caused frustration, and led to midnight trips to the ER. 🏥 After hearing from a neighbor about their positive results with chiropractic care, she decided to take the leap. 🧐 When asked about first seeing the boys’ neurological scans, 📊 mom said “After it was explained to me, it made a lot of sense. Forty-six percent say they have trouble sleeping, specifically due to their grief, at least three times per week. What can we DO with that? Integrate, baby.
