2 wonderful weeks on Kangaroo Island, we visited the three lighthouses shaking our way to Cape Borda Lighthouse. Went quad bike riding, saw seals and their pups, an Echinda crossing the road, koala (and lost more) and a stingray. Our favourite campsite at Western River. While we were soaking in the stunning views and admiring those adorable seals basking in the sun at Seal Bay CP, something totally unexpected happened. At first, we thought our eyes were playing tricks on us, but after a double-take and some investigation, it turned out to be true! 🇦🇺🇬🇧 Surely Seal Bay is another must visit in #kangarooisland 🦭 This bay has hosted a colony of Australian Sea Lions for thousands of years, and thanks to the National Park this is still possible. The beach is accessible just with a guided tour where the guides lead you on the beach to admire this incredible show, you can see many Seal that runs, rests, fights, swim and play on freedom without being bothered by humans. I don't even remember how long we stayed, but I enjoyed it so much, it has been a really special moment. Australian Seal-lions listed as endangered.
