Good strategy can be a healing modality. I know, I know. But hear me out. The first element of good strategy is being really open and clear about what you truly want. That is often under layers of conditioning and “shoulds” and comparisons to others. Getting yourself feeling present, safe, and secure enough to listen to your inner knowing and true desires - this is the foundation of building aligned strategy. It’s a healing exercise to get there. So now we’re present enough to know where we’re really trying to go. It feels good, doesn’t it? Next we need to build the pathway to get there. The process of moving from where we are today to where we want to go. How we want to talk about all kinds of things – from who we are and what we do, to the way we want to start showing up in social media or in person events, to the products we want to offer and how we price and create value perceptions about them, and even how we serve in the highest good of ourselves and our clients or customers. What if the thing that’s aligned for you is Effing HARD? So hard that it has you going against what most people believe to be true? This body I am currently in has issues with digestion to the point that eating “normal” foods causes inflammation Which for me creates weight gain, brain fog, muscle and joint pain. I didn’t go off the rails. I just consistently ate healthy foods more often and in larger quantities than my body could handle. I whined about it. I stress ate like a champ… almonds, pistachios, no sugar added peanut butter. I now find myself back on the road to health trying to fix a problem I created By not following my alignment (our bodies and minds are powerful and I believe these issues can be healed. But that's another story) ✨Everything is energy, and our businesses are energetic extensions of us. This backtrack into “normal eating” has overflowed into my business and marketing strategies. I allowed what “normal” people do to override my alignment. If this back track scenario has happened to you, don’t beat yourself up over it! Sometimes we need a break in order to reconnect with our “why” ✨Recognize where you are, find that alignment again, and start moving toward it. We all have an end goal... How the sacred helps us heal. And how to embody the sacred in everyday life... We can acknowledge that this world and life at various times can be harsh and difficult (and that's putting it mildly, especially these days). One way to counter-act the subsequent feelings of pessimism, apathy and frustration, is to look for beauty in your immediate surroundings. What does getting a “link” mean? Or what does it mean when I say something like “your root chakra is *linking* to the belief system “It’s not safe to be who I am.””?? Let’s talk about it! This language comes from Universal Health Principles (UHP, and possibly BodyTalk before that. I never studied BodyTalk directly, so I’m not sure!). In an Innate Healing or Energy Upgrade session we are linking things together that will benefit from the flow of fresh awareness and an upgrade in our perspective. At some point, tension or contraction, like fear, grief, worry, anger or sadness came into the picture and stopped the flow of energy in your system. You were likely not able to express that emotion in the moment and it’s gotten stuck in your system, clouding your perspective. When we do a session, we can link those feelings, experiences and moments together in such a way that they lose their charge. The emotion can be processed and I can link you to a new possibility or perspective where there is more freedom, trust, flow, or acceptance. This leads to expansion because you are able to move forward in new, healthier ways rather than feeling stuck in the past. 👏👏👏 So “link” is just a word saying that we are connecting one or more things that you are ready to emotionally process, see in a new way, or step into a new sense of freedom around - and usually all of those things happen in a single session!
