I donโt know why, but it reminds me of the days my Mom, sister, and I would do some back-to-school shopping and then grab lunch at the Walnut Room in Macyโs. They had this asiago mustard chicken dish that literally changed my life. It was insanely good ๐ since then, Iโve been trying to perfect a mustard cream sauce for the books. We stopped at the cutest creamery, @ashevillecheese where not only did we devour some of the BEST cheese, bread, and spreads, but I got to meet their adorable calvesโ Rosie, Ferdinand, and Bambi. We instantly got addicted and, in true Buesing household fashion, we ordered a case for home. You can find this one and their chipotle and honey mustard on Amazon as well! Hereโs a simple, yet crazy good mustard chicken recipe I now swear by: Ingredients: - 2-3 chicken breasts - 2 heaping scoops of Lusty Monk mustard - 3-4 cloves grated garlic - 1/4 cup cream - 1/2 cup chicken stock - Salt and Pepper to taste - Parsley for garnish Serve on a bed of rice or veggies or on its own. Shrimp Po Boy I was craving one of these bebes so I made one!!! Check it out! Recipe for 2! Ingredients: - 10-12 large shrimp, deveined and butterflied - 1/2 tomato diced - 1/2 cup finely chopped lettuce - 2 hoagie, sub or hotdog buns - 1 tbsp cajun seasoning - 1 tsp olive oil - 1 tbsp butter For remoulade: - 1/8 cup mayo - 1/2 tbsp sriracha - 1 tsp stone ground mustard - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp lemon juice - 1 tsp hot sauce - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp cajun seasoning - 1 tbsp minced jalapeรฑo Directions: 1. In a small bowl mix all ingredients for remoulade together and set aside in fridge until needed. 2. In a small bowl combine shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil. Toss well and sautรฉ in a large skillet over medium high heat for 3 min. Set aside. 3. Brush buns with butter and grill in pan for a minute. 4. Assemble your sammiches by adding lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, and top with remoulade. Pair with your favorite sides. I used some @kibofoods Maui onion lentil chips! Yum

Not only does this soil grow stuff, more stuff grows out of it. You can see at the base of the plant my surprise bounty of microgreens: dill, cilantro, parsley. And the next slide is a pot of chives that has been surrounded by a #popup growth of Japanese Parsley. . Last slide -the finished dish(which I finished).
