Together We Can Brand: Werkshoppe Pieces: 1000 Final Time: 2h56m Difficulty: East/Medium. The clohing with so many distinct solid colors and patterns was pretty easy to assemble. The faces with only lips were really tricky though, even with the diversity represented providing quite a variety of skin tones. Quality: Above Average. Comes in a tube with 2 posters approximately the size of a medium box. Good quality pieces with grid cut shapes, interesting since I believe the 500s I did from them are random. The castles (3 outs) are quite pointy in their cut which I've seen before but is a bit outside the norm. There was a false fit here or there but it wasn't really a problem. Nice medium fit. Enjoyment: Average. When I saw the WJPC teams final puzzle "Puzzle People", it reminded me a lot of this one which I already had in my to-do pile. I think this one was a little less busy and had a slightly different gender ratio, but otherwise presented a similar message around diversity and inclusivity. Gradient Moon Brand: Mchezo Pieces: 1000 Final Time: 3h27m Difficulty: Easy/Medium. Well after my 18 hour struggle through Blue Kazoo's Sun, I figured maybe pivot and finish the series with Moon and Earth puzzles from other brands 😂. Of course Gradient Moon was the perfect choice! I think the moon textures probably made this overall slightly easier than an average gradient, though the round shape and random cut certainly added some difficulty. I mostly worked outside-in as the darker accents around the perimeter were easiest to identify. The large purple and white area was the last section I finished and by far the most difficult. Quality: Average. Very sturdy box. Includes a resealable bag and a poster that's perhaps slightly larger than the box image. Good piece thickness with plain cardboard backing. Many very small edge pieces which don't fully interlock without the adjoining interior pieces (which weren't hard to find, so not much of a problem here). The interior is random cut along the same lines as NY Puzzle Co with some areas of mostly standard shapes and then smaller sections with a bunch of crazy shapes. Just a few false fits. Smooth finish with minimal glare. Medium/tight fit, but can be challenging to move sections of random noninterlocking pieces. My pickup challenge failed, but I suspect it's possible. Enjoyment: Above Average. I have to say I enjoyed it more than most gradient puzzles. Even though moon and gradient may seem like such a strange combination 🤷, it actually looks so beautiful 😍, don't you think? I also liked having something more tangible to think about and a texture to work with in addition to the beautiful array of colors. My favorite purchase in London has to be this really awesome Art The Clown figure from @trick_or_treat_studios in @tomstoyshop in @camdenmarketldn. I really didn‘t expect to find this figure and when I saw the box, I literally screamed and startled @bridgetasmr. Was a bit hesitant at first since it was a bit expensive (but I had also already spent a lot of money the day before), but I couldn‘t resist this chance to buy this figure since it has become quite rare already. And I surely didn‘t regret it. This is such a fun figure, looking very realistic and being highly poseable.
