I'm going to be posting a lot about this tea over the next few days because I am head over heels with the flavors, health benefits, color changing magic, and all the creative beverage possibilities! If you know me even a little, you can probably surmise that my favorite color is purple... and Amethyst is by association my favorite stone for it's calming and positive effects. 🔮I will be going into more detail about the benefits of each ingredient this week but first I wanted to officially introduce her. The flavor profile is Lavender and Spearmint forward, with a subtle earthy floral spice that comes from the hint of Coriander Seed. All of these ingredients combine to create a complex and refreshing blend high in antioxidants and countless other benefits. 🔮Blue Pea Flower and Cornflowers give it it's rich azure hue which becomes a gorgeous Amethyst color when citric acid is introduced.
