The fantastic rough cast gables of Hedsor House, one of a new generation of council tenements created in 1899 as part of the London County Council’s epic Boundary Estate in Shoreditch begun in 1890 on the cleared site of the notorious Old Nichol slum. On a fine winter morning safari, we decided to first check the paar area in Dhikala zone and test our luck. Visibility was low due to fog in some areas but luck was favored and as soon as we reached near the Swimming pool area, Jr. Paarwali was walking at a pace at some distance holding a deer kill. She is a mother of 4 cubs and during the journey of motherhood a tigress at times has to hunt many times in a day to feed herself and the growing cubs. She did not even bother to look towards our vehicle and continued walking. I enjoyed the moment tremendously and felt grateful about witnessing such a magnificent sighting.
