Conducted over a period of six weeks in late 2023, the survey specifically queried employees who expressed an intention to explore new career opportunities within the next twelve months, prompting them to identify the top three reasons motivating their desire to leave their current employment. Interestingly, the survey outcomes revealed a significant shift in priorities, with a growing inclination among respondents towards seeking new challenges as the leading factor driving their decision to seek alternative employment opportunities.
