Ever think an orchid is too far gone? Well sometimes it's not. All you need is any sign of life! All parts of the orchid are involved in photosynthesis so all is not necessarily lost if you've no leaves. 1st: I removed the orchid from the pot, it had one good root so I tidied up all the dead ones. 2nd: I checked for sign of life, by wetting the root, if it goes green when wet, it's alive. 3rd: I placed the tidied orchid into banana peel water. (You could use rice water with crushed garlic if you like) 4th: empty out all the orchid potting mix from the pot, check it's not water logged and no signs of insects. If the mix is ok you can reuse it. 5th: put the potting mix back in the pot and place the tidied orchid just ontop, good root pointing up. 6th: cover the orchid with a plastic cup or bag, airholes cut at the side. Date the rescue attempt on the pot. This channelled healing meditation connects you to the vast oceans of sentient yin water that is 400 miles beneath Earths crust. This water is pure and untainted unlike the water on ‘the water table’ aka secondary water on Earth’s surface that cycles between the phases of solid ice, fluid and vapour. In discussion with a client recently, I talked about the power of words. There have been many experiments around the world and particularly in primary schools to demonstrate this, and it was following the findings from Dr Emoto regarding his water experiments. What he found that words spoken in hate or love or even by ignoring a glass of water, it changed the quality of the water. This was visible in the crystals that formed in that water. Now if you Google Dr Emoto's rice or plant experiment you will get pages of images with peoples own experiments. Why is this so important to understand? When you are depressed, anxious or experiencing trauma, you have a lot of negative self-talk going around and around in your head. Our body is mainly made up of water, therefore we are affecting every cell in our body and not in a good way. Our cells become challenged in the process, our body fluids - which should flow i.e., our blood circulation and our lymphatic systems become congested and thick, leading to a whole host of illnesses and diseases and most likely stacking on a whole heap of weight that won't budge in the process. This is even moreso with the language we use around children 😞 So be kind to yourself, give yourself some beautiful words of love that you constantly repeat because your "water" is listening.
