How do you say goodbye to something that has meant so much... My amazing studio is heartbreakingly closing it's doors. I have struggled to find the words to express how I am feeling and how I am doing. It feels like I am losing a part of me. This brand has meant so much to me. CycleBar helped me to rediscover myself and prioritize myself after having my twins. It got me through some of my darkest memories. Indoor cycling helped me regain my health. Losing 60+ lbs was just a bonus in a much larger mental and emotional growth. My children have grown up around CycleBar. Knowing what an important part of mommy's "me time" this was. I love that I was able to show them that no matter what, no matter how much is on their plates, no matter what's going on around them. They matter. Their time matters. CycleBar helped me show them that prioritizing themselves isn't selfish- it's necessary and they are worthy (and so am I). After telling my Children that my studio would be forever closing it's doors they continually tell me, randomly, "mommy, I'm so sorry you're losing cyclebar." This place means so much to them too and they know how much I love this place. They saw the work I poured into this brand and the love I have for this space. Thank you to Castle Pines, for introducing me to CycleBar as a rider, for opening your doors to me to come back as an instructor, for bettering me as a fitness professional and a friend, for introducing me to some of the BEST people. My heart is forever grateful for Castle Pines. There are no words to describe this amazing team and community of riders. Our doors may be closing, but what we built together will never end. I love CycleBar Castle Pines with my whole heart 💔😭 I have no idea what is next for me, or if I'll be lucky enough to teach again in the future, but I know this studio has impacted me forever.
