60 Anos Do Lançamento de "Love Me Do" 🎶🎸🥁 No dia 5 de outubro de 1962, há exatos 60 anos, os Beatles lançaram o seu primeiro single com as faixas "Love Me Do" no Lado A e "P.S. I Love You" no Lado B. O compacto não fez feio, chegando ao 17° lugar nas paradas britânicas. A composição de "Love Me Do" foi iniciada por Paul McCartney e finalizada com a colaboração de John Lennon em 1958. A história mais interessante envolvendo a canção é que ela tem três versões, cada uma com um baterista diferente. A primeira versão foi gravada em 6 de junho de 1962 com Pete Best nas baquetas. Ela apareceria em 1995 no álbum "Anthology 1". A gravação da segunda aconteceu em 4 de setembro do mesmo ano com Ringo Starr na bateria e essa versão está no álbum "Past Masters". A terceira foi gravada 7 dias depois, no dia 11 de setembro, com Andy White na bateria e Ringo Starr no pandeiro. Today, July 23, 1965, in The Beatles’ History, The Beatles released the UK single Help! The Beatles’ 10th Parlophone single was released just before the world première of their second feature film, also called Help!. The ‘Help!’ single was issued as Parlophone R 5305, with the b-side ‘I’m Down’. Help! was here issued with a slightly different lead vocal from that on the album of the same name. Credited to Lennon–McCartney, "Help!" was written by John with some help from Paul. During an interview with Playboy in 1980, John recounted: "The whole Beatles thing was just beyond comprehension. I was subconsciously crying out for help". It was ranked at number 29 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. It entered the UK charts on 29 July, and from 5 August spent three weeks at number one. In all it spent 14 weeks in the charts. ビートルズのためなら+続 今回はシングル盤用（EP）のレコードOPP袋も買ったぞ！というお話しです。 自ら“パンドラの箱”を開けました（かなり大袈裟💦意味不明❓） 私は、ビートルズのシングル盤レコードを買った時に、ひとつの儀式を行なってきました。 Apple マークの付いた黒のレコード袋ですが、中央のカットしてあるドーナツ部分のスペースにピクチャー・ジャケットの絵柄をボールペンと色鉛筆を使って模写する。次にピクチャー・ジャケットは「クリア・ファイル・ノート」へ移動。レコードが入ったレコード袋はOPP袋に入れずレコード袋の裸のまま、レコード棚へ。コンパクト盤も同じように。 理由は 1)レコードは買う前は、人の手に触れていて美観な商品が少ない（もっとも）そこで主に基本お店にお取り寄せさせて頂いた。ジャケットはシミ・シワが出来ないようにクリアファイル・ノートへ。 2)中央のレーベル部分が一番厚みがあるため、長時間のレコードによる圧縮やスレにより、ジャケットの裏側の中央部に丸いレーベル跡の凹み、変色スレが付く。これを何とか食い止めたかった。 しかしジャケットとレコードを離して50年近くなるにつれ、今となっては、元場所に戻してあげたい、（本来の姿）と思うようになった。 ※なお、陳列の際はぎゅうぎゅう詰めだったものを（ソーシャル・ディスタンスならぬマテリアル・ディスタンス）少し余裕をもたせました。🤪 新譜のような輝き❗️。まるで、中古レコード店の商品みたい。レコードが眩しい🤟🏼🤘🏼あぁ、大大満足😊 ーーーまたもやシングル・レコードOPP袋を買ってしまいました。 シングル盤を一枚一枚丁寧にクリーニングし、透明な袋に入れていくのはかなり手間がかかりますが気分は最高❣️ OMG🥱この様な私は異常でしょうか（以上です）🤪😭 #beatles #thebeatles #beatlescollection #beatlesvinyl #beatlessingle #beatlessingles #beatlessinglescollection

Veejay, who had the rights to the Beatles' early singles (Love Me Do, Please Please Me, From Me To You) which were rejected by Capitol in the U.S., gave up their rights to existing songs for financial reasons. The rights was came back to Capitol naturally but they once again passed on the Beatles. Swan Records, Philadelphia's small record label, bought the right to release She Loves You for two years (~ Aug. 1965) and ambitiously released it in Sep 1963, but sales are not as good as in England.
