On Saturday April 27, 2024 the team travelled to Minden, Ontario and had the priviledge to investigate the Minden Hills Cultural Centre. This museum has a plethora of interesting artifacts and amazing heritage buildings. Tucked away in the little town, we were invited to investigate the buildings on the premise, in search for validation on the activity that had been experienced. It was an interesting night for sure, right from the start of the investigation to the very end. Needless to say, the energy there sure enjoyed our batteries! Almost every single piece of our equipment needed new batteries, even though they had been charged and prepped the night before - all brand new, right out the package. We are now going over our footage and seeing if anything has been captured. Once that is completed, Rachel will write a story and submit it to the location for approval. Her little brother use to freak out and say it would visit him in the middle of the night (Rachel never noticed if it moved or not). Yesterday (April 6, 2024) the team had the utmost priviledge to investigate the Historic Bovaird House in Brampton, Ont. Not only where we able to investigate this beautiful home and learn its stories, but we were able to investigate the Pendergast Cabin that is also on the property! Our live video was cut short as the phone we were using died - it wasn't the only electronic to be completely drained during the investigation. The majority of our equipment was sucked dry of any power. We also attempted a dual Estes Method, which yielded some interesting results. The team is now going over footage and recordings to see if anything was captured. Rachel will begin writing the story soon after! Thank you to the staff of the Bovaird House for allowing us this opportunity!
