He spoke about his current position as HR Director for a conglomerate of car dealerships in the Temecula area. This experience has trained him well for this current Rotary position. He reported that the average age of a Rotarian in the USA is 58! That’s why there is a strong push to recruit younger members to carry on the organization’s legacy of service above self. The Rotary club of Manama organized a membership development workshop in observation of the month of August themed as Membership and New Club Development Month in the Rotary International calendar.
