Nedávno sa mi dostali do ruky takéto ortezy AFO na metatarsi adducti. Priatelia, toto nie jr vhodná liečba. Dlahu dieťa absolútne netoleruje, vie ju jednoducho skopnut. Okrem toho nerobí korekciu. Pós Operatório de Dupuytren A contratura de Dupuytren ocorre devido ao espessamento da fáscia palmar (tecido fibroso) que está entre a pele e as estruturas tendinosas da palma da mão e dedos. A contratura ocorre em flexão progressiva de dedos, sendo mais comum no 4o e 5o dedos, tendo aspecto de mão em garra. O indivíduo tem dificuldade para fazer a extensão dos dedos, podendo afetar a função da mão, interferindo nas atividades diárias. Este paciente está com 8 semanas de PO. Tem apresentado boa evolução na reabilitação, principalmente no que se refere ao processo cicatricial e função da mão.
