We are told in this verse that worship is giving God our whole selves—body, mind, and spirit. It means being aware of His presence all the time and honoring Him with our words, actions, and feelings. As you go about your day, let each breath be a song of praise, each step a dance of joy, and each moment a chance to connect with God.
