First harvest of the year! Oh my how peppery home grown raddish are compared to shop bought! Its crazy! I made a smashed salad with raddish, smashed under a knife and roughly cut, salad mizuna and a rocket rough cut, chives with flowers finely chopped, smashed a large garlic clove and soaked in a mix of light soy, dark soy and balsamic vinegar. Served with a beef curry i had i the the slow cooker all day and pilau rice. Bloomin delicious!
