After that, I came to “Tenka-ippin Gojo-Katsura-ten Reboot”. This shop had closed once in 2019 while it would be missed by so many fans. Then it was rebooted in 2020 by chairman Kimura. This time, my impression that I ate “Kotteri-tenshinhan for the first time was thst chahan or rice are better than Kotteri-Tenshinhan when you accompany with Kotteri Ramen. Yoshokudo Hosokawa in Namba Last night, I reunited at “Yoshokudo Hosokawa” with my friend, who joined previous company at the same year, also resign at the similar time. At the company domitory when I joined, at the company housing when I got married, at the company’s business site when I was solo assignment, we were same places at the milestones of life though, we also work near places after resignation each other. Ramen journey No.393 ; 東京スタイルみそらーめん ど♪みそ Do-Miso（Takeshiba） 得 東京セット みそこってりらーめん 炙りチャーシュー丼 Toku Tokyo-set Miso Kotteri Ramen Aburi Chasyu-don I came to Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center after a long time. It was the annual general meeting which is General Incorporated Association I have served under as a director since three years ago. I came into “ Tokyo Style Miso Ramen, Do-Miso” on 2nd floor of Takeshiba Groumetrium. As I rememberd came to “Do-Miso” of somewhere before, I looked it up my data, I had vidited it in Tachikawa in September 2019. Tachikawa branch has already closed but it seems to be deployed 10 branches in Tokyo. Kotteri Miso Ramen of set menu was topped fresh bean sprouts and corn though, omit boiled eggs and Chasyu, and small chasyu topped on bowl instead. If I ordered as each dish, it costed ¥ 1550. But the weekday’s set menu is ¥1200. It is exquisite pricing, isn’t it? I suppose that the thick miso soup included back fat would be addictive. Ushiram in Nishi-Kujo As the previous dine invited by colleague was good, I came to “ Ushiram” in Nishi-Kujo again to invite the different colleagues. Let’s say what was good, every dishes not only ram chop and scewed offal but side dishes of alchol, like firefly squid which isseasonal menu, deep fried radish of Oden and piclse of whole cucamber which are reguler, were served with affordable prices and I was saticefied with all of dishes I had. Had a great time at Minamiza Theater learning about the differences between Kabuki and Revue! The lecture explained not only how the actors interpret on stage but also showed Kabuki musical instruments which was very interesting to see! Not gonna lie, the English guide was key to understanding the lecture. Afterward, we saw the Kyō Ningyō performance. Definitely check this out if you're in Kyoto! #minamiza #wheninkyoto
My first Kyoto experience to visit Fushimi Inari Taisha ⛩️ No wonder there are a lot of tourists coming to witness its beauty. There's a long queue to go upstairs. Even if it's under maintenance here and there, somehow they managed to accommodate the Golden Week visitors (seriously crowded) in peak season. We got so lucky to take some photos during our walk downstairs with minimal people in frames 😄 That day was hotter than before so we ate ice cream from Daily Yamazaki across the fushimi gate. I got my matcha mochi with red bean paste ice cream, meanwhile the others got a mint, chocolate & vanilla instead with approx range in ¥160 - 300. The kids ofc exhausted so we took some rest in the free seat rest area with a beautiful Japanese garden outside. Maruichi-Ya in Namba I went to “Maruichi-Ya”, which is long-established, standing style Soba restaurant for the first time. I’ve recently heard it moved to the place in the neighborhood. I ordered Tamago-toji Soba and Onigiri. As I compared it with Nankai Soba I always use, it tasted much stronger but clearer than latter and It might be my favorite taste. Roma-Ken in Namba After lunch at Roma-Ken, I have been to watched four days only 4K special screening of 25th year anniversary of Starwars Episode I / The Phantom Menace on the last day of long holiday. Although I had watched it many times on DVD, movie theater wad very good, that’s what I thought. Feeling a great sence of presence with wide screen and blasted sound makes me get sucked into the stories. Buffaloes and then Yakitori Chop in Horie On children’s day, I was looking sideways carp streamer, Koinobori in Japanese, swimming on the blue sky to go to Kyocera Dome. Buffaloes hasn’t lost for three games I watched this year though, at last, they suffered first loss that day, since they couldn’t keep their early lead. Buffaloes doesn’t seem to be itself this year. The next game I’m going to be will be the interleague game with Tigers on June. Then, I dropped by Yakitori Chop as usual, Damon-san, who is an Austrarian, Gan-chan’s friend for 15 years, was there. He told me that he had been enjoying for travelling solo in Japan and southeast Asia. As we were almost the same age, I was so glad we could talk many things with each other. And thanks for the precious wiskey. Rikou in Himeji Since Horumon Yaki Udon, which is grilled offal and udon, was very delicious last time, I come here again in order to try to check how the other menu would be. I order Buta-tama modern-yaki this time. The dough of bottom layer is crispy below yakisoba, and Yakisoba of middle layer and egg and dough of upper layer are fluffy. And plenty of mayonnaise and okonomi sauce covered them and you can sprinkle Hana-katsuo on it, as you like. It is unusual that it contained some cutted potatos for around 5mm cube. They also have complimentary coffee. Teuchi Soba Norikura in Himeji As it was good weather today, I came to “Norikura” for lunch while taking walk. Because I’ve heard that there would be long line lunch time, I came early though, nevertheless I waited for 15 minutes or so inside the restaurant. Today I had “Ten-zaru” and “ Soba-Zushi”. A firm and chewy soba and strong tasted dipping soba soup were balanced very well. And Soba-zushi, I’ve tried for the first time, was very good flavor of Cha-Soba. Although taking care of older parents is little bit stressful, I try not to be irritated as possible as I could because I don’t know when to be end of that. Today while dad was going to the daycare service, I took mom to orthopedic surgery and took a rest at cozy cafe, Regreen Coffee, until the end of mom’s consultation. After that, in the afternoon, I went out running round trip to Ikaruga Temple. When we were in Kyoto, we wanted to try the kimono experience and when @yueyue_h asked us if we want to do a family shoot after, we said oh that’s a great idea too. 😆 We were thinking, we never really had an “official” family photoshoot when we had our second child, Harper. So we just went with the idea 🤷🏽♀️ Here’s some of the shots. I highly recommend doing this experience when visiting Kyoto. Never too old to play dress up anyways 😉 and it’s fun for the kids. We rented our kimonos at YumeKyoto Kodaiji Shop, they’re very helpful and very accommodating. Thank you again @yueyue_h 💕

Employees who were apprentices at Ganso Nagahama-ya were independent and launched Gan-naga-ya in Himeji, 2018. But the genealogy of Ganso Nagahama-ya is very complicated due to its historical story. Putting aside that, like many other Nagahama Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen it serves was 500yen when it had launched, but it was 600yen when I came here a year ago, and now it’s 650yen. That day Ren-kun was off day in unwell, Fuji-kun was taking care of the restaurant by himself. It supposed that Ren-kun’s unwell was the cause of temporary closure. Ushiram in Nishi-Kujo As my colleague invited, I came to “Ushiram” in Nishi-Kujo for the first time. You can enjoy beef and ram as you know due to shop’s name. Everybody praised especially Sumino-Yaki Ram chop very highly. Appetizers, like Kara-age of oden’s radish and pickles of whole cucumber were also very delicious. It had been located one restaurant only in Kita-Horie then, after that it seemed to extend ten restaurants in Umeda, Namba,Kyobashi, and Okinawa.
