После того как треска сварилась, сливаем с нее воду и рвем на небольшие кусочки. Добавляем к луку и чесноку. Обжариваем минуты 3-4 и всыпаем картофельные чипсы соломкой. ⠀ 4. Взбиваем яйца, солим, перчим. Добавляем в кастрюлю, помешивая в течении 5 минут. ⠀ 5. В самом конце посыпаем все петрушкой и черными оливками.

This year we have decided to finish the trip by riding from Spain, through Portugal, France and back to the UK. We have just completed a week in Portugal riding from the south and along the coast. This was my first time in Portugal and it was safe to say I loved it! The people were so hospitable, the food delicious and the nature incredible! Perfect apartment with the most hospitable host 😀 - The apartment is beautiful, immaculately clean, very nicely decorated and full of amenities in both kitchen and bathroom. Everything was well thought of for the comfort of the guests. Our hosts Tiago and Dora were very welcoming and spent quite a while explaining great things to do, visit and eat in town and even helped us make dinner reservations.
