The morning after, we made some flash-chilled Guatemala and heated up some leftover sando’s. Bizarre Bazaar was wild, successful, and a TON of work. It’s absolutely worth it to see the LI creative community assembled and shining bright, to see somebody drive four hours to be a vendor with us and watch their display get smaller and smaller as their creations get sold, and especially to hear some of the 500 (!) attendees talk about how excited they were to find this collection of artists and artisans and collectors, with the vibe they’ve been looking for and weren’t quite sure they could find on Long Island.
