Stopped off in Weston, Mass on the way back from a rare day in the office. Found the headstone and footstone for John Livermore (1638-1719), a 10th great-grandfather through my maternal line. I’ve also found and visited headstones for both his parents: his father is buried in Watertown, Mass and his mother is in Chelmsford. The stones in Farmers Burial Ground are in really good shape. I'm behind on #FiberuaryChallenge2024 so here are a bunch of photos. Twos Day: The Ladies are sisters from the same litter: feral void dumpster kittens from Boston, adopted though Kitty Angels in 2018. They're a bonded pair. Project Bag: I have a LOT of project bags. (To be fair, I typically also have several projects going on, and I often use tote bags as project bags). This one from @homerowhandcraft is a favorite -- the drawstring on top lets me close the bag to protect WIPs from curious cats. I love the zippered pocket on the outside and the bag is the perfect size for a large shawl. Fiber Friends: Most of my fiber friends started off as folks I met through work, school, or my tarot/witchy business and learned later that they were into some sort of crafting. I have a fair number of creative crushes on pattern designers and crafters I've met through Instagram, podcasts and Discord, too. Weekend: Reading. Knitting. Lunch with my cousin Becky.
