The last batch of Jam for 2023. I’ve used damsons as well as plums and a touch of cinnamon as it’s Christmas time 🎄 Damsons are tart and have a distinctive flavour whilst the plums are sweet and juicy so this combination creates a lovely balance. Available to purchase through our website shop and you’ll find the link in our BIO. I use only Nether Glenny fruit so this Jam really does come from our trees to your table. Thank you to everyone who has bought some jam already and I’ll be continuing to make jam throughout the year until the fruit is all used up and then, no doubt, it will be harvest time again !
