Front Row con un dilema. En los últimos días han existido rumores sobre una posible fusión de Front Row Motorsports con Stewart-Haas Racing, cosa que sería interesante ver, pero que perjudicaría a la organización de Front Row. Desde este año, este equipo ha logrado una alianza técnica con el equipo Penske que poco a poco está dando sus efectos en rendimiento y resultados para ambos pilotos. Además de ahora ser tratados como equipo de Nivel 1 por Ford. Partiendo de ahí, Front Row debería continuar con dicha situación ya que, en caso de fusionarse con SHR no solo tendría que dejar su alianza con Penske, sino que ahora tendrán que preparar cuatro autos que, a pesar de combinar el trabajo con SHR, actualmente Stewart-Haas pasa por el momento más complicado en cuanto a competitividad se refiere, cosa que podría arrastrar Front Row de cara al futuro en caso de que se de la fusión. Lo que ocupa Front Row es estabilidad para seguir construyendo y así, poder aspirar a cosas grandes de cara a las siguientes temporada, y en la opinión de su servidor, eso no sucederá si se fusionan con SHR. Es ahora que Front Row tiene los elementos para poder dejar ser equipo de media tabla y poder competirle a equipos como Hendrick, Joe Gibbs y Penske. SHR da esto como una solución para su problemática, pero Front Row no debe llevar las consecuencias de los errores que SHR ha cometido en los últimos años. Veremos que más información se da respecto a esta situación, pero en la opinión de su servidor, Front Row no debe fusionarse con SHR. For anyone knowledgeable enough about NASCAR, you'll know that much of a sport has an antiquated feel to it; That many things like broadcasts, culture, & demographics lean old. NASCAR's tried to modernize itself but an identity crisis has held it back for many years. So, with all this in mind, it's on-brand for the sport given its current state, that we host a throwback race. Cars in old paint jobs, crew members wearing special outfits, and fans bringing retro gear & sharing pictures of their old selves. It's a craze all on its own: A NASCAR thing, & at the centerpiece, a 293-lap contest around the sport's oldest paved venue. It's the track Too Tough to Tame, and we're here to go over what makes it just that. - DARLINGTON- PREVIEW: Its egg-shaped 1.36-mile layout is the most unique in oval racing, up there with the likes of Phoenix & Dover. Turns 1 & 2 are fairly wide with 25° of banking, however corner exit bites as the wall almost crashes you heading onto the backstraight.
