The journey to accepting self-love as something that isn’t selfish is lifting me up in ways that allow me to be in better service to others. It’s all a balancing act of giving and taking, where one isn’t better than the other. ⚖️ So I decided to take a break mid-day from all the commotion and draw a bath in the garden.
