Nous proposerons dans un premier temps des séjours estivaux aux vacanciers souhaitant vivre une expérience authentique "à la ferme". ADHD를 고려한 디자인은 이들이 일, 생활, 관계에서 더욱 몰입하고 즐거움을 누릴 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 데 목표가 있다. 이는 단순히 작업 효율을 높이는 것을 넘어서, ADHD 당사자들이 자신들의 일상에서 더 큰 만족과 성취감을 경험할 수 있도록 한다. ADHD를 고려한 디자인에서 중요한 요소 중 하나는 트리거 trigger다. 장시간 한 가지 일에만 집중하다가 다른 중요한 일들을 놓치는 것을 방지하는 일종의 장치다. 알람은 그런 의미에서 유용한 도구다. 한 가지 일에 지나치게 몰두하여 시간의 흐름을 잊어버리는 것을 방지 한다. 🍃 Nos patates 🍃 Cette année ne fait pas exception à l'année dernière ! Nos patates sont magnifiques et sans doryphore 😁 On ne sait pas pourquoi nous sommes ou plutôt nos patates sont épargnées par ce ravageur, on sait seulement un chose, on ne s'en plaint pas 😅. Surtout que cette année c'est 9 planches de patates qui ont vu le jour alors que l'année dernière nous n'en avions que 4. Au total 75 kilos de patates ont été planté. 🌿🌿 Ervas espontâneas e horticultura Na nossa fazenda, coabitamos geralmente muito bem com as ervas que por lá nascem espontaneamente. Afim de preservar o máximo de biodiversidade (seja ela da flora ou da fauna), vamos unicamente cortar as espontâneas onde é mesmo necessário. O nosso espaço tem então sempre um aspecto muito selvagem, por muites considerado como descuido. No entanto, parte do nosso trabalho nesta época primaveril é de lidar com as ervas espontâneas que crescem nas linhas de hortícolas, particularmente no nosso caso a Calystegia sepium, uma planta trepadeira da família das Convulvaceas (família que inclui também a batata doce). A nossa fazenda estando situada numa zona aluvial e ripícola, onde durante anos foi cultivado unicamente milho em monocultura, é natural que esta erva se tenha instalado aqui. Indicadora de encharcamento e hidromorfismo provisório, assim como uma saturação de matéria orgânica vegetal (o que não nos parece de todo ser algo de negativo, pois é exatamente o que acontece naturalmente numa floresta), esta planta é quase a única realmente problemática que encontramos. Pois ao trepar e enrolar-se nas nossas culturas, pode ir até impedir o crescimento (privando-as de luz). Sendo assim, o que em agricultura convencional se vai resolver muita vez com herbicidas, em agricultura de conservação/regeneração vai implicar um trabalho de manutenção, que obviamente não poderá ser refletido totalmente no preço do alimento. Ao comprar os nossos produtos, e assim apoiar o nosso trabalho, o consumidor está de alguma forma também a participar na conservação/regeneração da biodiversidade e dos solos aráveis da nossa região.
