В последний день соревнований я ныряла в моноласте 85 метров. Это заявка была очень важна для меня - в прошлом году на Чемпионате мира в Лимасоле я ее не нырнула, чем была очень расстроена 😢 Но в этот раз все было совсем по-другому! Никакого волнения, а абсолютная уверенность в своих силах и в том, что я ее нырну. Так и вышло! Комфортный нырок, сосредоточенный и расслабленный одновременно, продувка тоже шла отлично - воздух не проглотила, на развороте еще есть запас (интересно, насколько еще хватит?), путь наверх тоже был довольно простым, без закисления мышц. Очень рада была завершить первый тренировочный период именно таким нырком! Сейчас ненадолго вернусь к базовому тренингу и потом снова глубина 🌊💙 #фридайвинг #freediving #underwater #monofin

Última vuelta y....209'7 m DYN que me hacen subir a lo más alto del podio en esta categoria en campeonato nacional apnea indoor. No hay palabras, la imagen lo muestra todo...han sido muchos años de trabajo para conseguir esa marca y por primera vez subo a lo más alto del podio. Pero para nada lo veo como una meta, todo se ha conjugado para hacer de estos últimos días el principio de algo nuevo. He recibido númerosas felicitaciones y estoy enormemente agradecido, sin duda dedicar tiempo a lo que te apasiona tiene su recompensa. Atrás quedan las sensaciones que describía en mi última publicación, así que ahora miro adelante con optimismo. Y por qué nuevo comienzo... Primeramente siento que he superado cierto bloqueo con la apnea y tengo claro que puedo ir más allá. Por otro lado entró a formar parte del team @cressi.es , lo cual es un motivo más para superarme y lo hago para unirme junto a mi referente(y creo que de más personas) en apnea y, por suerte, compañera @gemma_dive y es que tenerla codo con codo, me motiva en cada entrenamiento. Todo ello, seguro repercute positivamente en @clubapneaelpuig otro de los motivos de mi esfuerzo por mejorar y entregar en el, lo mejor de mi. A @fedas.comunidadvalenciana por todo el apoyo individual, al team valenciano, a la apnea y al club. También agradecer a @esportselpuig y @ajuntamentdelpuig por la piscina donde realizamos los entrenamientos que nos llevan a conseguir esto #apnea #freediving #monofin
Compétition: Championnat de France Apnée Date: 18 et 19 mai 2024 Lieu: Brest Épreuves: 8x50m 🥈 avec une contre-performance 100m: 5ème Titre: Une leçon qui devient un apprentissage Ce week-end a eu lieu les championnats de France. C'était l'heure de montrer le travail qui a été fait sur le 8x50m. Malheureusement, c'est un échec pour ma part qui servira pour la suite. Les sensations n'ont pas été bonnes pour subir une course physiquement et ne pas y participer activement, c'est frustrant. Pourquoi cela n'a pas marché? faire un bilan de ces dernières semaines point par point: hygiène de vie, entraînement, approche de la compétition. Il y a de la frustration parce que je suis un compétiteur, mais je sais que ce moment va me faire grandir et réagir positivement. Avec du recul, être vice-champion de France sur 8x50m n'est pas à négliger. Tellement de personnes aimeraient être sur un podium national. Bravo à Charly Bauricaud pour le titre de champion de France et ce nouveau record de France. ( je compte bien le reprendre 🤪) Pour le 100m, je n'attendais rien, juste à réagir, ce qui a été le cas même si le chrono n'était pas là. J'étais acteur. Un énorme merci aux organisateurs, bénévoles, juges et apnéistes de sécurité pour avoir rendu cette compétition possible. Et félicitations à tous les athlètes pour leurs performances ce week-end. Merci à mes colocataires du week-end, c'était vraiment super cool d'avoir pu échanger. Merci à ma famille, mes collègues, mes amis d'être présents. O víkendu 17.-19.5. se náš tým zúčastnil MČR v ploutvovém plavání a rychlostním potápění v Pardubicích. Všichni se dostali na jejich oblíbené disciplíny a bylo pokořeno mnoho osobních a oddílových rekordů 💪🏽 Ze závodů jsme navíc neodjeli s prázdnou! 🤩 Matěj Máša si ve velmi těsném souboji dohmátl pro 🥈 místo na 100 Bifi s časem 47,08s a v poloviční trati 50 Bifi dokázal vybojovat 🥉 místo s časem 21,33 💪🏼 Díky Matějovi vezeme úplně první medaile z MČR jednotlivců v ploutvovém plavání 🤩 Všem závodníkům gratulujeme k jejich umístění ❤ #ploutvekrokodyl #pkkbr #finswimmingcmas #monofin #brno #spms #svazpotapecu #polistime

It was time for a monofin upgrade! The FinFun Oasis was alright I have no serious complaints, but was too bulky for me in the long run and I've had 3 straps break on me - FinFun did replace the first snapped strap after I provided proof of purchase and photos of the snapped strap, but I really didn't want to bother doing that again for my other two because I felt the bulk and rigidness of the monofin was just not what I wanted anymore. So Bubby got me my Linden that I've been eyeing for a good while now! Much more affordable than the FinFun Oasis and has more flexibility to it - plus the foot pockets fit my feet perfectly and the straps have a cushion on the heel which makes them super cozy - they even came with water socks to wear in the foot holes of the monofin! My Fluke flowed so nicely during my first test swim 💖✨ looking to go get a pair of replacement goggles to fix my @goggills to and a lil waterproof phone pouch today for underwater videos later!
