We did it! Quite the eventful weekend processing 20 something chickens by ourselves. We thought it would take a whole day…nope, two! We thought though a drill attachment plucker would work well..nope! $50 poorly spent. It was stupid hot and humid, but we kept the good tunes going on our Bluetooth speaker and took a lot of breaks.
