When we come to the lord he wants all of us not just a portion of us that is why he asks us to count the cost when we come to him. All he requires is your obedience but it has to be 100 percent it can't be partial obedience because there is no such thing. Then it becomes partial everything. And he wants it all. He has to have it all to effect the kind of heart in and through your life, change that he so desperately wants to bring to you. All I want to do is live a surrendered life and I can not do that halfway either I live a hundred percent for him or I don't period. That is for you and me. We reap what we sew and none of wants to reap only parts of God we want it all don't we? I know I do! The good news is that we can't do it on our own it is only through the cross that we can do it through the work of grace and his mercy and compassion are released everyday. They are new every morning and we must surrender to it. To him! Surrender and make his word the highest priority in your life. Be led by it make your decisions through it. If it says it do it and don't do what it says not to do. Make it your life! This is the way of the Kingdom of God. My new life began when I stopped trying to impress God with my own efforts and instead started listening to His message. It’s crazy to think we can outdo what God has started in us. Looking at our situations as big challenges may seem hopeless, but God’s word says otherwise. Through the Holy Spirit, His power and authority enable us to overcome anything the enemy tries to put on our lives. His power and abilities guarantee triumph in every situation. No circumstance is hopeless when we consider the power of His Holy Spirit and His Anointing. His burden-removing, yoke-destroying power is at work in us, revealing the greatness of our God. In Christ Jesus, and with His Spirit in us, we have the confidence to allow God’s power to take over. With the Spirit living in us, victory is inevitable. Jesus promised to go to the Father and send someone who would guide us into all truth. He has the ability to conquer any evil that comes against us, rescue us completely, and transform negative situations into something positive. Therefore, when faced with seemingly hopeless circumstances, it is important to remember that we have the right to expect God’s power to intervene on our behalf. Jesus fully understands and empathizes with our struggles, temptations, and challenges because He Himself was tempted in every way, just as we are. Despite facing every temptation, Jesus never sinned, setting Him apart as the perfect and blameless high priest who can truly represent us before God. Having experienced the full range of human temptations and remaining sinless, Jesus offers us grace, mercy, and understanding in our times of need. We can approach Him with confidence, knowing that He sympathizes with our weakness. Living the fullness of life in the old person, the old nature, is utterly impossible. No power can transform the old nature into a new one. We were too bad to be fixed; we had to be put to death and buried, then raised up in our new nature. Jesus did it all for us, and we are the ones who benefit from it. Isn’t that a great benefit? Rules and the law couldn’t change anything, but because of what Jesus did, the sin nature is no longer a core part of us. Christ lives in us now, and we live with his nature. He and we make one new person. We live because he lives, but only in him. Self must die. Death to self is a direct result of our unwavering belief in the redemptive work of Christ, rather than relying on our own performance. By crucifying our sinful nature, we affirm our faith in His complete sacrifice for us. It is important to acknowledge that He accomplished everything on our behalf. Why? Because God loves us that is why he sent Jesus because he didn’t want to leave us with out his love. He loves the entire world so much that he gave his only son as a seed so he could, through him have many sons and daughters. Are you a son or daughter of God? When we choose to give love instead of fear, we have the power to make a difference in the world. By letting go of our selfish needs and embracing a heart full of love and compassion, we position ourselves to truly help others. Love is selfless and giving, while fear is selfish and taking. When we approach the world and each other with love, we open ourselves up and generously give. But when we approach with fear, we close ourselves off and hold tightly to what we have. Love is open, fear is closed. By choosing love over fear, we can be open to the people in our lives and spread love to all. Perfect or mature love casts out fear because it’s never about it’s self. When we are blind, our perception of the world differs from those who can see. We experience darkness instead of light, and are unable to see the smiling faces of others. Moreover, we are unable to see ourselves as we truly are. Similarly, when we cannot see each other spiritually, we are unable to perceive our true nature in the light of Christ. However, as we align ourselves with our glorified nature in Christ, we begin to heal the world’s blindness to the light. Our journey involves aligning ourselves with who we are in Christ, as temporarily embodied beings on this earth. By releasing our old identity and embracing our new nature, we are able to see all things anew in the light of Christ. Although we exist in a world of blindness, we are not bound by it. Our natural being is risen with Christ, which is truly miraculous. However, when we are blinded to our true being in Christ, we stumble in the darkness. It is crucial to awaken to our true place of being, hidden in God, in order to realize that we have no need to seek acceptance from others. We are already accepted by a love that requires nothing in return. Furthermore, we must recognize that we are not temporary beings, but rather eternal. We are part of a powerful and miraculous kingdom, seated next to Christ who has made us right with his father. Yea Light is undeniably more powerful than darkness. When light illuminates a space, darkness is reduced to a mere shadow, devoid of its influence. Even in the deepest, most terrifying darkness, the smallest source of light, such as a match, can dispel the gloom and guide us. In the absence of light, everything seems amplified and more impactful, instilling fear and uncertainty. However, when light is cast upon these fears, they diminish in comparison to the magnitude of God the Father. The light, symbolized by His word, exposes the falsehoods of darkness, causing the malevolent forces hiding within it to retreat. Even their lies are unveiled in the presence of light. It is important to remember that we, as individuals, possess the ability to be a guiding light to the world. When Jesus entered your heart, he eradicated all darkness from your life, and you were reborn into a life of eternal light. Your status as a beacon of light is not a result of your own actions, but rather because the ultimate source of light chose to reside within you. Once the light enters, darkness holds no power, no matter how much it may try to encroach. The light cannot be driven away from you, as long as you remain filled with its presence. Without the light, it would be impossible to escape the darkness, but with its arrival, you are guided and led by its brilliance. Living in the light means not hiding in the shadows. This imaginative play allowed us to explore life from different perspectives and expand our understanding of the world around us. In today's fast-paced world, many have forgotten the art of truly listening to others. It's not about mind melds or fancy techniques, but simply taking the time to hear someone out. Sadly, distractions often take precedence over genuine listening. When was the last time you felt truly heard in a conversation? By actively listening and stepping into someone else's shoes, we gain the gift of a new perspective. What Jesus did on the cross didn’t change him, it changed me. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever, he doesn’t need to change. The power of his resurrection changed everything it brought me new life and gave me his name to use. God sees the believer as complete already, positionally sitting with him. He sees us in Christ. God’s power is not something that can be turned on or off at will. However, it is important to recognize that all of His power is available to us. In the Bible, it states that God will repay those who wrong us. We often hope that God will make them suffer as we have suffered. However, we tend to judge them based on their actions, without considering that they may not have known what they were doing. We judge ourselves based on our intentions, but God judges based on the heart. His way of seeking justice is not to destroy them, but to overwhelm them with His immense love. If we truly understood how much God loves us, we could extend that love to those who have hurt us, giving them the benefit of the doubt and loving them through their pain. It is important to remember that hurt people often hurt others. I personally witnessed this transformative power of love in my own life. In a moment of intense emotion, someone I cherished directed words of hatred towards me, their eyes filled with anger “ I wish you would just die.” Despite the pain that pierced my heart, I made a conscious decision to respond with love. Through tear-filled eyes, I expressed my love for them. This act of love confounds our adversary, the devil, as he is unable to counteract such a response. It is crucial to maintain focus in our lives. What we choose to focus on has a direct impact on what we attract. When we prioritize the most important aspects, it requires discipline. By focusing on God, we are focusing on love, as God embodies love. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. The enemy gains access to our lives when we fail to recognize the magnitude of our God and instead become consumed by our fears. If the enemy can distract us with multiple concerns, it can lead to confusion and paralysis, making us believe that we are defeated or that a particular issue will control us indefinitely. However, because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, we possess authority over the enemy. The enemy often tries, and often succeeds, in diverting our focus away from God's love and towards the wrong things. This can leave us paralyzed with fear. Animal trainers, for example, use a stool to paralyze lions. By extending the legs of the stool towards the lion's face, the animal becomes overwhelmed trying to focus on all four legs at once. Similarly, we should not allow the enemy to deceive us by diverting our focus onto his deceptive tactics. Instead, we should keep our focus on God's great love for us, because love never fails.
