A shorter midweek commute tonight, finishing at my favourite back lane lamp post for a good old stretch-a-rama 👍 . Well that was a good tester 👍 . Foot still tender but no where near as bad as it felt this morning, most likely the terrain over the weekend and hitting a rock underfoot at the worst possible point! . So with not feeling comfy in yesterdays boosts I opted today for my trusty Boston 6's... my immense holiday shoe I planned to ditch there! . A whopping 1833km so far in these @adidasrunning #boosts and they still feel supportive, mind boggling! . So I'll ease up on corework planks/pushups to alleviate the bend on the foot. Some Epsom salt & Radox baths and should be ripper 👌 . Oh yeah, routine getting there too, post run core/stretch dusted... even the cat fancied a bash on the Wii Fit 😁 .
