Hey guys I have been shut down once again. Do you know what it's like to have your basic safety security and privacy taken away from you? For the last month my car and house have been broken into by a guy stuck in his own self pity. His focus was on exposing the Darkside of me which I haven't been hiding. When your basic safety and security is infringed upon it shuts you down at the roots which makes it hard to function let alone deal with energy. Damages have accumulated and my conversations with my support group have been casted on to a device on Verizons network where it is used against me and shared with society. But since the cows can’t check themselves, and I AM an exhausted-pregnant-mother-of-two-littles, I put my workout off til my lunch break. Cause nobody said I have to do it all. Sure, it mighta been impressive if I got up extra early to do it all. But who am I trying to impress? No one. I workout to stay active and healthy. If I sacrifice my sleep, when I really need it, to “do all the things,” I’m being counter productive. So, I modified. Are you trying to “do all the things,” because it’s impressive?
