Just finished my “nosh box” from The Fearless Chef, very satisfying! Served me as a light meal for one (with wine of course!) could easily have been an appetizer for two. Arugula pesto, eggplant caponata, olive tapenade, jarlesburg, fresh mozzarella and grapes. Oh and some roasted red peppers!
