Here is an updated version of our weekly timetable! 🤗 We warmly welcome the addition of a Monday night Yin Yoga class with Will Burton. We still have our regular Monday meditation class 7-8PM with Michael Hill but it will now be followed by Yin Yoga from 8:30-9:30PM. These classes are not part of our in house timetable so the teachers are hiring the space and as such they are paid classes. We are really grateful to both facilitators for making their sessions affordable. We just had the best kind of Friday here at #secondhome filled with music, song, harmony & connection! 🥰 Our free Soul Sounds singing workshop funded by @manchestercitycouncil as part of WEEK OF CULTURE was absolutely wonderful. Massive gratitude to @musicasmedicine_mcr for guiding us on this soulful vocal journey. It really was lovely and we hope to bring more of this to TRC HQ as soon as we can. Then @jamesinnerwild arrived just in time to add Djembe accompaniment to our final song before facilitating his own Friday night drumming circle RESONANT RYTHMS James is genuinely a great teacher and we all grow so much in skill and ability every time we practice together.
