YOGA TEACHER HIGHLIGHT for KarmaFest UNITY taking place June 22nd and 23rd at Steppingstone in Havre de Grace MD - CHRISTINA BOLLINO AND BEACH BEE YOGA Beach Bee Yoga, Dance, & Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Christina Bollino- 500 hr ERYT- owner, manager, & lead instructor. Beach Bee has been a part of the Havre de Grace community for 10 years and offers a variety of classes every day of the week for all ages and levels. Christina believes that everyone can benefit from yoga and illustrates that by the diversity and adaptability that she applies to her classes making yoga more accessible to all people. Christina took her very first yoga class as a teenager with her mother. That is where her health and wellness journey began, which has led to her becoming a personal trainer, fitness and ballroom dance instructor, and certified health coach with a Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health. Christina will be teaching a gentle yoga class at KarmaFest incorporating breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. Christina is grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of KarmaFest for the last several years and looks forward to having you join her on Sunday June 23rd at 1pm.
